Terms of Service

Risk warning. Trading foreign exchange and contracts for difference carries a high risk of loss. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose entirely. Past performance, including backtest results, does not indicate future results.

These terms govern your use of TraderBeremosi (“we”, “us”), the website at traderberemosi.com and the Expert Advisor software we license to subscribers (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What we provide, and what we do not

We license software that places trades on your own MetaTrader 5 account according to rules you configure. That is the whole of it.

We do not:

Hold, manage, or have access to your money at any time
Give investment, financial, tax or legal advice
Manage your account or trade on your behalf as an agent
Guarantee profit, a win rate, a drawdown limit, or any performance outcome
Act as a broker, dealer, or fund manager

You choose your broker, you fund your own account, you set the robot’s parameters, and you may switch it off at any time. Every trade is executed on your account under your control and remains your responsibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts
You must be permitted to trade the instruments you choose in your jurisdiction
You must not be subject to sanctions that prohibit us from dealing with you
One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable

3. Licence and permitted use

Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to run the Expert Advisor on the number of MetaTrader 5 accounts included in your plan, for as long as your subscription is current.

You may not:

Share, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software or your licence key
Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
Circumvent, disable, or tamper with the licensing check
Run the software on more accounts than your plan permits
Present the software as your own product

The robot validates its licence with our servers periodically. If your subscription lapses or is suspended, it stops opening new positions. Positions already open continue to be managed until they close.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Card payments through Stripe renew automatically until cancelled
FPX and cryptocurrency payments are one-off. You must renew manually or access ends
Cancelling stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period
Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice, and never mid-period

Refunds

Because the software is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We will refund in full where the Service was materially unavailable through our fault for an extended period, or where a payment was taken in error. Trading losses are never grounds for a refund.

5. Affiliate programme

Commission is earned on qualifying payments made by customers you refer
A referral is attributed on first click and lasts 60 days; it cannot be reassigned later
Commission is held for a refund window before becoming payable, and is reversed if the underlying payment is refunded or charged back
Self-referral, referring accounts you control, and reciprocal arrangements between affiliates are prohibited and forfeit the commission
You must not make performance or income claims on our behalf, use paid search on our brand name, or promote the Service through spam
We may suspend an affiliate account and withhold unpaid commission where we reasonably believe this section has been breached
Commission rates and the payout minimum may change on notice; changes do not affect commission already earned

6. Your responsibilities

Keep your password and licence key confidential
Test the software on a demo account before risking real money
Understand the settings you choose, particularly risk per trade and the margin ceiling
Monitor your account. Automated software is not a substitute for supervision
Maintain a stable internet connection and a running terminal if you want uninterrupted operation

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages at our hosting or database providers, broker-side problems, internet failures and MetaTrader platform changes can all interrupt operation. We are not liable for trades missed, taken, or left unmanaged during an interruption.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you:

Breach these terms, particularly the licence restrictions in section 3
Attempt to defraud us, including chargebacks on delivered service
Abuse the affiliate programme
Use the Service unlawfully

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first — most problems are resolved faster that way.
