Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers traderberemosi.com and the Expert Advisor software. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
1. What we collect

We never receive your broker password or trading credentials. The robot runs inside your own MetaTrader terminal and reports outward. We cannot place trades on your account and cannot withdraw funds.
Collected automatically
- A session cookie so you stay signed in
- A referral cookie for 60 days if you arrive through an affiliate link
- Server logs, including IP addresses, for security and debugging
- For affiliate click counting we store a one-way hash of the visitor’s IP, not the address itself
2. Why we may process your data
- To perform our contract with you — run your account, license the software, take payment
- Our legitimate interests — prevent fraud and licence abuse, improve the Service, keep it secure
- Legal obligation — accounting and tax records
- Your consent — marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
3. Who we share it with

Our database and application run on servers we control. We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
4. How long we keep it
- Account data — while your account is open, then 12 months
- Payment and invoice records — 7 years, as tax law requires
- Licence check logs — 30 days, then deleted automatically
- TradingView signals — 7 days
- Trade reports — while your account is open
5. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop using it for marketing
- Limit how we process it while a dispute is resolved

6. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with TLS
- Passwords are hashed, never stored in a readable form
- Database access is restricted by row-level security so one customer cannot read another’s data
- Administrative actions are logged
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Blocking the referral cookie does not affect your use of the Service in any way.
8. Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be emailed to you.
